compliance plate?

hey i ditched my vc sl/e for a schmick vh i bought at the wreckers for 400, and had my dad help me convert to v6 from a vn he had sitting in his paddock.

the cars running got all the little nick nacks and stuff i need to make it road worthy. dad said we have to get a compliance plate or something before it can go through road worthy. this was roughly 9 months ago now and hes done fk all about it so i wanted to do it myself, if someone can help me out with maybe a name or number of somewhere that does compliance plates id be cheering.

i live just outside of brisbane in QLD.
