LPG gas "hat"

Ok,

So im getting (fingers crossed rwc is all good) a HZ ute with a 253 with dual fuel.

Now, as its lpg im told the ugly ass "LPG Gas hat" is a emissions requirement.


My question is, how, where, what can i do in terms of replacement or whatever to have a legal but not so damn ugly setup!

There is a different set up with an air cleaner on top.Looks much neater.

Did ya want to stay dual fuel??? Cause I can straight gas it for you and make it show quality (I have done it in the past to my own cars) You can get rid of all the petrol gear and the carby and run a Impco 425 mounted directly to a holley base plate and bolted directly to the manifold with the convertor mounted in the gaurd (on Fords you can mount the convertor at the back of the manifold but with the holden V8 the dizzy is there) and than run a big 14" recessed base air cleaner and you will hardly tell its on gas.
