Gauge wiring

Ok, im planning on getting a HZ ute in the next week...

The thing is pretty nice but the interior is less than inspiring...

Mainly the gauges or rather LACK of and uglyness...lol

SO

i've decided that one thing on the "TO DO" list is going to be....

aftermarket gauges..... speedo, tacho, water, oil, etc....

6 guages in total...

my question is... how much would an auto elec charge me to wire it all up for me???

an auto elec aint guna be cheap. But ur best bet is too have a ganda at some around the area/s and see what they wana charge.

my mates dad had the same thing done in a hr ute and for them to install and wiring up 7 gauges it cost $700

spend some time searching on google and do it yaself ,a lot cheaper and you will learn a thing or 2

I know for myself with oil temp, vacuum and volt set my back $300 for the install.

Anything oil is always expensive... be careful if you do the wiring yourself... can have problems with oil leaks..
