hi guys
I have an electrical problem with my VN, maybe someone can give me some advise before I take it to an Auto elelctrican, problem is that when I press the brake pedal the right indicator stops working, it doesn't glow at all, when I release the brake pedal then the right indicator starts working OK again. The brake lights works good just the right indicator.
regards Eric
sound's like a short or earth problem's i take it it's the back indicator
the missus's silly little tm magna had that sort of problem where the brake light's would come on when the auto changed gear or consantly in overdrive
i rewired the brake lights completley as the where using the the electronic over drive wire for power fixed that
so the indicator might be sharing power with a brake light or wire with the plastic severed could be touching
depend's how hand you are with a car before you want to start tearing wiring out and that sort of stuff anyway hope this help's

Hey there ENRICO
this is normally an easy fix,go to ya local holden dealer and buy a new tail light lume assembly and new globes, and i think you will find all will be good, prolly cost ya around $25 -30,dont bother trying to clean up the sockets coz if the cops catch ya with it like it they will sell ya a ticket to the policemans ball, stick a canary on it and ya will still have to get it fixed.
