is the VT series 2 manual the same as the VY series 2 S pack manual?

thanks for that mate, i have the oportunity to get a VY II S manual gearbox for stuff all so i was thinking about grabbing it incase mine poos itself.

If i was you i would grab it, the 5 speed box, isnt that strong, and doesnt like abuse so if you give it abit, it wont last, so i would take it if i was you..
