Cars per year??

Just wondering is there a limit as to how many cars ya can buy or sell in a year?? I'm always swapping cars as I get bored quickly haha.

Thought there might be a limit by QLD transport as to how many cars ya can buy and sell a year, before that would start calling you a dealer (even though ya not making money out of it).

ive had 6 this year but only sold 4 but yeah good question ive thought about the same thing

Not sure about qld, but im 99% sure there is a limit in vic..... not exactly sure how many though but i wouldnt think it would be many, maybe like 8 or so

I rekon in SA it's about 5. A mate bought a brand spankin new Lancer, had it for a few weeks then traded it in on a VX, had that for a few days and traded it in on an AU, then the AU got traded in and he bought a VN...all in about a month...dunno y he kept changing. But he said sumfin bout the limit being 5 cars coz he said he had to stop changing cars coz of it.

I wonder why people go through a lot of cars in a year. Lots of hassles and paperwork!!!

i could be wrong but as i understand it, there's no limit. after about 5 or so cars you can however be classified as a trader and that means you must be a licensed trader, which of course you're not. but if you're just swapping cars around they'd probably let you go, i'd imagine.
