    they are both kinda important but id have togo with the wheels and lowering
    a car with nice paint and a kit sitting on stockies would look rather odd

    Out of those two options id go for Lowering and Rims. Personally id rather make my car go fast first, then work on the looks

    pff cram a giant engine in first then drive around as a sleeper until u can afford the rest lol...

    but id have to go with the rims and lowering out of the 2

    mine would be a sleeper if it wasnt so dam loud lol
    hmmmm faded paint 14" vr acclaim hubcap's standard 4wd height..... is that a v8 i get asked all the time it dont sound nothing like a v8 and never will you ****tards!

    A bodykit and paint on a car sitting up in the clouds with its stock suspension and small wheels looks like crap.

    Hmmm Body Kits are lame. My car has Rims, is lowered and has good paint... But I would rather paint without bodykit over rims and lowered.

    I'd go for paint. A bad looking body looks worse than having a set of stockys on.

    drop it and get it handling a bit better for starters, even if it's only on some ceptors. early commies look good on ceptors, just look at mortons ride

    How many vr/vs executives do you see around with crappy hsv kits and standard wheels/ride height? PLENTY!! Any standard car slammed on 19's looss FANTASTIC regardless of kit, paint, exhaust etc...

    i think a standard car with smick standard paint(original colour) lowered looks ok even if its on vr acclaim hubcap's or ceptor's
