Just a newbie on this site so apologise if this is in the wrong place.

I just brought my first holden, a vy v6 3.8l and I don't know much about cars in general. But I want my car looking a bit more flash on the outside and inside.

Does anyone out there have any pointers or ways to get it looking hotter? And I'd like it to have more power! So give me any ideas please!

Simply but easy,get some big rims maybe some 19's or 20's,some tint on the windows,sports exhaust,decent stereo system and maybe a body kit.Hope that helps with out going to far with it at the moment.cheers

well the first thing you need is the ls1 haha

First things first for basic power mods. Extractors and exhaust! Maybe a stage 2 shift kit / corvette servo. That should set you up alright for basic power to start with. Then for cosmetic basics, lower it an inch or two and chuck some 18" or 19" wheels on.

But as everyone has said just check out the other VY's on here for some ideas!

Tint windows, lower it and mags will get it looking good for starters.
