did they make a series 2 VS HSV Clubsport, 215ikw?????????

Hi,

i have a series 2 VS 1997 Clubsport, 215i, it is red and have managed to trace it back to that of a HSV vehicle build number 1374, I posted this question on the VR VS sight for Australia and a number of guys came back saying that if it is a factory 215i it is a rare piece of tin.
Can anyone in NZ tell me if in fact these were made and imported. The car was imported through a dealer in Christchurch and sold brand new in January 1997.

not sure of the clubby being a 215, but do know that some VS Senators came out as a 215

as above, never heard of a 215i clubby, i know the VS Senators and Granges came with the 215i, as it was the current GTS motor

I supercharged a 215 VS clubby years ago from memory, it was a factory 355 with a very suspect 6 speed BTR manual conversion by HSV. It had the build no's on the dash and alike.
