removing rear spoiler

just wondering if you can take the rear spoiler off a vy without damaging it..like does it leave holes in the boot?

There are a few threads about this .Some suggestions were, You can buy rubber plugs to fill the holes , Weld them up and respray , or swap bootlids with someone who has the same color car as you or even go to a car yard .

yes it will leave holes. can also leave dents and remove paint.
leave it on untill you can get another bootlid or just pay to get your spoiler removed and holes welded/touched up
