too low i couldnt give a **** about, but the rest need attention. go get it all fixed before you bother with a roadworthy.

    buy new tyres

get leaks fixed, check the forums if you want to try it yourself

buy new lights/second hand/red + orange lens dye from autobarn, supercheap, etc

buy a new cv joint boot, theyre like $10 each

put on a new water pump, cheap and easy enough to do yourself, v8? im sure someones done a howto on it here, if not, ask for help

there is a money factor that i have stated before and if it is so easy to do why can't people just ignored the small details and just give it the green light.

I think we can all see where this is heading. Use your government benefits and pay to have it done properly.

    because:

low tread tyres means less grip, potential for an accident

oil leaks means oil on road, potential accidents for other road users

faded lights means person behind you might not see lights properly, another accident

water pump leaks means it could get worse, you loose all your coolant and fry your motor.

cv joint itself is gonna cop dirt and crap on it and wear, possibly seize up, accident
