Does anyone know of or have had a good experience from a panel beater / painter in the North East of Melbourne?

I'm looking to have some work done on my VS commodore - front bumper resprayed, spoiler removed and boot patched up. A lot of places around me appear to only really do insurance claims. As its not from an accident I want to avoid getting insurance involved.
