Have you guys seen any VN-VP-VR utes around? PREF v8 manuals!!! or 6cylinder manual! How much do good nick VN-VP utes go for in an 8?

id spend the money and get ahold of a different model ute if you can.

the vn/vp model will be getting old, heaps of km's on them and are starting to get tired. the auto if it hasnt been replaced will be stuffed, and those modelmainly belong to young hoons (sorry about the sterio type) and will be floged.

the vr is ok, not a fan of hte vr personaly

the vs model utes are good fun cars to drive, and rather reliable. ive had mine a little while now, and nothing has gone wrong with it, well that is a lie, i had to replace the radiator cap casue i lost it.

you can expect to pay anywhere from 10k to around 14k for a good v6 or a v8 manual, depending on what tickles your fancy. look around, do your research. alway's get a ute looked at by either a mechanic or someone what knows their stuff, there is heaps that can be wrong with a ute front end.
