What size tyres?

Hi guys, been looking through the forums and can't seem to find out what size tires people have on there commodore for 18" rims, i know what width to get but not sure on the profile, i know 15" rims are like 65 but are 18" 45 or 40. I hope this makes sense to everyone. Thanks in advance.

most common size for a 18" is 235/40R18 or 245/40R18
