    Default Commodore clutch fork noise.

Any one ever had a problem with VR commodore manual (cable)clutch fork rattle, while at idle the throw out bearing just rests on the clutch plate causing the fork to jump about and knock on the housing where it exits the belhousing.is the throw out bearing suppost to rest on the plate or stay off the plate when the clutch is engaged ,it appears as if it supposed to stay resting on the clutch plate all of the time,if this is the case how would the throw out bearing handle all this work running all the time???????Help me understand this ????????

I dunno, but i've got the same thing happening with my S1 VS. '
I just rest my foot on the clutch when i'm at lights so it doesn't annoy me.
