    Default Interior map light globes

Hey guys, i did a search and couldn't find anything that matched what i was looking for.

Is it possible to buy the LED / Bright white version of the map lights and lights that go in the glovebox light as well on the VN VP VR VS. You know the ones, the fat long sort of ones.

I'd like to brighten up the interior with them, so i'll do the glovebox light and my numberplate lights in the bright white too.

    Cheers

Yeah they are just a festoon (sp?) type on the glove box and interior light, not sure on the map reading ones.

Yeah that's alright, i just don't like the gay normal yellowish light. Plus i wanted to do my numberplate globes in white too. Goes well with my white car / black and white plates.

u can get the same type that ridah put pics up of with 8 LEDs inside the standard globe so if ur concerned bout it not being bright enough or not as spread of light theres another option. Not sure if repco or auto barn have these tho.

I've got an 8 LED one in front of me, didn't use it as it wasn't bright enough. Current one is 12 from memory.

The best LED's to get are the ones that have a projector on them as it spreads the beam out wider and reaches out further. I suppose it works the same way a projector headlight does.
