2 things scream no to me:

1. Price... sif real manaro rims would be $700 flat.
2. The title says "..cv8 style rims" not just "cv8 rims" indicating replicas

im gonna go with no.

aZk.

With copies theres always a risk of dodgy worksmanship on the rim.

Ill refer you to this link i found today whilst looking at another thread.

For genuine ones expect to pay around $280 a rim. I also wouldn't buy them from fear of dodgy workmanship.

From what ive seen (more and more stories have been popping up lately) you get what you pay for in rip off rims. They are cheap imitations, reason they are cheap is they are made in china from cheap parts and materials.

If you care for your car at all get the real thing dont cheap out.

damn, ok, where would be the best place to find/buy cheap yet GENUINE rims, my preferences would be 18" in these styles:

CV8R 18"

VT SS"

VY SS"

Vt SS only come in 17 from what ive seen.

Best bet for genuine holdens is Wheel King > Home could also try the tyre factory but i think they do more aftermarket rims than genuine GMH.

Links:

CV8R 18's: Wheels

Looking at about 1.5 grand for a tyre and wheel package or around 1000 just with the rims.

VT SS: Wheels same kinda price as above. However i would think your best bet for these rims would be ebay or here somewhere. a Victorian member called levymetal is currently selling his VT SS rims if yu were after a set. They usually go for around 500 second hand.

VY SS in 18: Wheels

Same as above, 1.6ish for the set with rubbers, however i would be looking around the various car forums for a set b
