G'day Guys and Gals,

This may sound like asilly question but does anyone recomend what size engine hoist to use to remove an LS1 and 6 spd gearbox from a VX SS.

Then ofcourse ill need an engine stand for the LS1.

Anyhelp would be greatfull as this is step one in trying to fix my pride and joy.
