Taking gears out IRS.

Hey all, I just wanted to know how to take gears out of IRS and its 4.11's with full spool. I just wanted to use a spool in my new diff. Which is easy way to get gears out? And no I dont want sent my diff in the shop and get it done, I rather do it my self. I need someone explain to me how take gears out of IRS....thanks guys

i cant tell you how its done cos ive never how gears sit in an irs diff but all i can say is if youre mechanically minded you should be able to work it out but if you cant i suggest having another think about doing tityourself
