Default How to fix small rusting stone chips?

Guys, my new car has heaps of little stone chips on the bonnet which look like little black dots, but when you look closely, they are actually rusting...

what should i do? should i just go over them with touch up paint or what? i usually wouldnt care but my paint is HERON WHITE, so these little spots stand out like a sore....

hey mate your best bet would be sand those spots back and feather the edges so when u use touch up paint it will blend in better

I had heaps on my old car, all i did was, take it to a panel shop (plus i got smash repair done ) and got them to put another coat of clear on the bonnet. They charged bugger all for it too.
