thinking bout upgrading my vq in the future to either turbo or supercharged money no factor neither is time so just wanna know what people think we produce the best performance.

Depends. Are you just gonna do it the lazy way and just bolt a turbo charger / super charger on, tune it and that's it? Or are you going to tear the block apart and fit an upgraded cam, pistons, springs, port / polish the heads, pushrods and so on and so forth?

If you just want quick bang for buck and do it the easy way, bolt a twin turbo kit on your 5 litre, but it will still cost you $6000 and upwards for the turbo kit, plus the labour and tuning. And you wouldn't want to bolt a turbo kit on your block without having the engine rebuilt and strengthened first. Older engine blocks won't take massive gulpfuls of air being shoved down their throats too steadily for too long. Boost can take it's toll on an older engine pretty quickly.

Supercharger you might get away with for a little longer before things start going bang. Ideally either way you will want to have the block rebuilt before doing either.
