    Default V8 Commodore Started motor on a HJ/HQ 253

    My Dad is rippping out the old straight 6 202 and putting in a 253 in his HJ and has read that the old 253 starter motors can be replaced by a smaller more powerful commodore one. He was just wondering what modle v8 commodore starter moter would suit a GM 4.2Lt 253 V8 in either an HJ or HQ?
