    Default Heavy Duty Clutch

    Can anybody recommend a good entry level heavy duty clutch for t5 borgwarner v6 gearbox around the 2-300 dollar mark also where abouts in melbourne (epping, tullamarine) area is good to buy from. Also i was thinking of buying this one(see below) from ebay, what yours thoughts/opinions.

    i'm running a HD clutch behind my turboed v6 and hasn't even hinted at slipping with 290hp at the wheels

    Just make sure you buy a new one, dont buy a reco one.

    Hi mate,

    You've def got the Borg box??? ie. You've got a clutch cable, not hydraulic, cause being a VSII you should have the Getrag unless its been changed? A heavy duty to suit the Borg is about $290, but if its the Getrag is over a thousand bucks...

    Yeah definately got the borgwarner, i chose to do the conversion with this box as i could get it cheap and i heard that it was stronger.

    that exedy is the one u want. and whr it says it wont be pink. (it should be pink, as the clutches from there are pink now)
