hi does anything happen if wd40 is put on the rubber pipe where it hooks up to the MAF? done to help wiggle the pipe off.

also why does the VX stall when a 4inch pipe is connected from the TB to the MAF?

do you mean air flow meter?
wd might do something but im not sure
as for the stalling i guess it might have something to do with air flow

ok could it stall cause the pipe has a copper frame? like it is touching somewhere :S

if the bigger pipe is after the afm it will change the air flow i guess and the computer has already recieved in signal from the afm so if its not flowing as much as its been told it wont run right and in your case it stalls

im not a mechanic btw im just using my super awsome common sense lol
