I just wouldn't buy it. That damage at the rear is probably more serious than it appears. Better quality pics are needed, but the boot isn't closing properly so thats a bad sign.

As for reconditioned motor and new suspension 12,000km's ago... My ass Its even got lifter noise. Why is it that every car on ebay had a reco right before its sold, or has really low km's or something

Looking at the offset of the tail-light against the garnish, I'd say the chassis at the back has been set back half an inch.

If you're a handy kinda guy and want to cut out the rear section and weld a new one in, then the car's probably worth up to $1000 for you. Other than that, I'd say it's too far gone to be worth buying. They're probably selling up because it's a writeoff My VP was written off with a similar amount of damage at the back. $4000 repair bill.
