Changin to full license!!!!but confused:S

hey guys, i change to full license on tuesday(woot), pretty happy bout that, but the confusing part is, i lost me license when i was a hoon when i first got me lciense for 3 months, so if they counted me 3 months i would be gettin me full license in december, but apparently they havent.
Sooooo am i just lucky or is it a reward thing because since i got me license bak i havent been in trouble with the cops(roadwise)...
Can someone please explain!!!!

its probably just a slip up in the system somewhere, its happened to some people i know. if i were you i would just be happy that they forgot about it and not ask any more questions haha. for example i know a guy who crashed his xr6t after drinking heavily, and the officer who charged him with reckless driving and driving under the influence accidentally filed it as a juvenile offence for something, which meant he only had to pay a $100 fine and there was no record of him getting caught for dui or reckless.

its how it works in vic. well, now i think it gets added with the new rules. my licence was suspended for 6 months around this time in 06. i didnt have to stay on my p's for an extra 6 months. i got my full licence at the original date specified.

Correct. With the old rules, any suspensions were not added on the end. Has changed with the new rules i believe.

This is quite the standard thing. It's a big hole in the system that has been fixed with the introduction of the graduated licensing system.

However, those already holding a licence prior to July 1 this year skip it. Those getting their licence now will have any suspension period added onto their probationary period.

your lucky troy back when i was a boy your p's were extended by the time you lost your licence + 6months.

explains why i didnt get off p's until i was 23.lol

I lost mine on P's just before the hoon laws came in and they gave me back a full licence by mistake. Was very happy (i got my P's late as at 23 LOL)
