    Smile *** need help & advice *****

    hey guys,

    Just got my diff done not too long ago.
    something deosnt seam right? i got 3.9 but at 100 Km/h it revs at 1500 SPOT ON.?

    deos this seam right?

    it's a L98 6.0 V8 went from standed 3.46 to 3.91
    any1 who's changed there ratio let me no what it sits on? doing a 100?

    Dont know why you didnt just reply to your other thread.
    BUT Give me your exact tyre sizes/profile/width, and what gearbox, and I can tell you, what rpm you should be doing at 100.

    it's 235/40 19". and it's a 6 speed manual.

    3.46 gears, 6th Gear:
    1500 RPM = 80 km/h
    1871 RPM = 100 km/h
    2058 RPM = 110 km/h

    3.91 Gears 6th gear:
    1500 RPM = 71 km/h
    2114 RPM = 100 km/h
    2326 RPM = 110 km/h

    I'd still get someone to double check it, caus im not 100% sure my calculations are correct, something just doesnt seem right.

    yeah they sound abit high...? dono. if it is correct am no where near close to those RPM

    Yeah seems a bit high, the 3.46 gears is equal to our VT which runs stock 4speed, and gears with 15inch rims haha, so something doesnt work out. Ill give it another shot tomoro when i havent had a few beers and no sleep.
