well the front of commodores use a ifs or independant front suspension as they call it, so if you have hit a gutter, there is many parts that could have been damaged or bent. judging by your first couple of post you would be better going off to a front end specialist.

if you want ti have go go, get an automotive dictionary out and read up about different front suspensions setups. commodores use McPherson strut, hiluxes use double wishbone etc etc.

parts to check/replace would be your, lower control arm, radious rod, sway bar links, strut, strut top and bearing, wheel bearing, steering rack, tie rod ball joints

genrally i find at work (crash shop) that people who curb mount normally damage
    the strut
    hub (axel comes off it)
    lower control arm
    and tie rod end
but it depends on how hard though

is it both wheels on strange angles?
is the wheel leaning in at the top?
whole wheel is back? from side view
or is it pointing in or outwards when your steering wheel is straight?
get back to me on where it is and i can try and steer you in the right direction
