    Default Lock nut problem

Went to do my mums brakes today and we can't find the lock nut to take off her wheels, seeing if any of you people have had this problem and what you did...

We can't use a normal tire iron or any bits as it's of of the round lock nuts with grooves in it.

If not a socket does the job. 23mm or 24mm normally. Just hammer it over the top. Might bugger the socket though.

I think you will find the machine will be a hammer, socket and a rattlegun.

lol that will most likely be it. Some places have a multifit attachment though that fits alot of generic locknuts so it could also be that.
