Help how do u remove outside door handle

Hey guys..
Im buying a daihatsu charade for my gf and the 2 outside door handles have been snapped and broken and was wondering is it hard to put new handles in even though the keylock is built in on them?
Also are the handles cheap to buy?
How do you do the whole process
