Immobiliser problem

Hi all I have a problem my rmote control for opening and locking car has been damaged and the car will now not start at all I have tried obvious things like open close door making sure it is in park or n but the flashing security lite wont go away is there any quick fix to this or do I have to get a whole new body control unit?
