Default best option for removing tint.

I'm about to sell my car. if i trade it in i wont worry cause they can sort it out.
but if a private sale happens i'll have to get a rwc. my window tint is 5%
im guessing this will fail the rwc instantly... if i'm wrong please correct me now and i wont take it off.
its a wagon. and im pretty sure i can do the sides by myself. i've heard not to do the back window by myself.
(teppa i'll need your help on that one.)

do i need to take the tint off?
is it as simple as peeling it all off?

    use a steamer.

if you steam it, it will pull off. thats how teppa does mine everytime he does my tint.

not that hard. but you will need a scraper to get the glue residue off.

i'll be able to get more with a rwc.
and i dont want to jeopardize our family friend mechanic if he gets pulled up for it.
unless i say the tint came after the rwc. is that possible?
cause i know vicroads dont go over the car they just make sure it has a rwc and punch in the numbers.
