whats the differences between the 2 just wondering and which motor is better or more KW

I think they are both the same bar a few interior differences, the guard flutes and grill and a few bits around the front. They both had the LS1 in them.

one had climate control and the other one didn't. the vz had better headlights slightly more power and torque unless your talking about the last of them which had the 6lt

The VZ has the 260kw output compared to the 245kw of the VY

The vy's came with climate control as well. I know 2 blokes that have them, they're just not as common in vy's.

LOL, yea, i've spilt so many softdrinks and alcoholic drinks in cars without cup holders! I needed them, so i'm glad my VY has them

That reminds me i left a whole slab of beer in my boot when i took the car to my mates shop to get the engine worked on! It better be there when i go to get it or else there'll be trouble! lol

get a my06 vz ss if you can, its got the 6lt L78 motor where as the 2005 vz ss has the ol' ls1

actually the 6lt seem to be holding their money a bit better then the 5.7. Most are still over the 30 mark, where as the 5.7 range from about 25 - 32.

SV8 = lighter car mate, you get a VZ with a 6.0 you'll have less cash for mods, because if you do get one, i will mod mine. i'm keeping you firmly in my rear view mirror!
