im wanting to change mechanics.. does anyone know a genuine and reliable mechanic in western suburbs victoria?

I've used Exceltune in Braybrook for a few years for mechanical repairs and a few rwc. They don't try to bleed you dry which is a nice change.

How far would you travel for a decent mechanic?


Theres one here in Ballan, He's qualified with an abn and business but does "backyard prices"
Hes a great mechanic too.

Little things he has fixed for nothing, And when i have an issue i take it to him and he gives me his opinion on it or drives it around. Yes great guy, He also got me onto a body repairer and he did the work on my VT..

At the moment he is off. Poor bugger was pushing a car up on the hoist and it rolled back and he popped his achillies..

I travel to geelong and warrnambool when i can, its not that far... 2 hours to geelong and 3 hours to warrny. the car loves it

then again i did go 1300 km's over service


Added: Why not try the repair work yourself. Theres "How To's" on this forum to guide you through, and you save a heap of $$$$$
