    Default Bolt Snapped

Hi guys, uhm.. I was putting an exhaust on my partners car, as I was removing the right hand side bolt on the exhaust to cat flange, the head of the bolt snapped...

Anyone know a way to get this fixed?

    moved out o the pub.

Can you just drill it out? if it goes into a threaded hole just drill it out and put a nut on the end of a longer bolt.

easy outs.., drilling the bolt all the way through will be hard as ***, watched a mate go at one for nearly an hour, broke the drill bit in there too

with a reasonable drill bit it wont take long at all. Even a lower end Irwin type will kill it. Had to drill out a heap of bolts in garage i just re-erected and used two bits for probably about 50 bolts.
Did the car in the vl the same way - grind them off at either end then drill them out. easy.
