how to remove?

guys last night someone decided that they would rip thos black strips off the outside of my car my question now is how do you remove that black glue without wrecking the paint

Get one of these:

Pinstripe Remover Wheel adhesive tape pin stripe remove - eBay Paint, Body Supplies, Tools, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 07-Jan-09 16:07:24 AEDST)

Commonly called a caramel wheel, put it on a drill and have a LOT of patience as it takes many hours to get it all off. I think there was a HOW TO written some where on this site
