manual conversion... help

hey i have recently done a auto to manual conversion in my vr v6 i had the auto loom and computer in and was running ok.. i have put the manual loom and computer in and it wont start now, i have been told that it may be the BCM not communicating with the ECU. does any one no anything anout this? or what it may be?

well from memory the BCm - ECU being linked was for the VT onwards, not the VR/VS models, which each run different setups.

Does it crank at all? and is the little red LED flashing?
