Resonator
How do you tell what is the front and back of a rear resonator? I have to reweld it back on but i forgot to mark front and back on it, does it matter what way it goes? Its of a VZ ute by the way.

is it the stock one? On my VY the muffler bit has HOLDEN written on it - you can read it the right way up whilst looking from the back end of the ute
Sometimes they have front or rear stamped on them or have little arrow denoting direction of flow. Depending on how short you cut the tube going in to and coming out of the resonator, you might be able to tell from the angles of the tube. Failing that, just go and buy a hotdog to weld in there. If you get the direction wrong with that you're doing well lol
yeah just stock one, couldn't see any arrows of flow or stamps on it.
