vs bt1 unmolested v6 whats it worth?

my brother in laws vs bt1 v6. he was thinking about in the not too distant future selling it and upgrading to a newer ss maybe vy vz or somthing. i told him hes crazy. anway ive never seen one this clean and was wondering what its worth. done 30 thousand k's since he bought it in 97. was a police captains car and wasn't thrashed too hard from what i gather. the upkeep and cleanliness of this car borderlines on obsessive compulsive. its his 4 wheeled obsession. the only mods hes done is the ss wheels (5 of them) and the ss lower skirts that he had added just after he bought it think was like 2500 or 3k genuine. and im not sure but it has this light over the gauge cluster thats on full time weather the head lights are on or not, for those occasions where you need to creep up undetected. has nearly 73000 ks on the clock. and paint is all original except for a recent front bar do to a tap and crack. car is probably closest bt1 youl see thats showroom fresh. tell us what you think...

Im not too sure how much it is worth but your brother in-law has done a good job keeping it in good nick. Its one of the best VS's ive seen.

Whatever the equivalent VS Exec is worth, halve that, and thats what the BT1 is worth!

I'd say, so long as you don't advertise the fact that it's a BT1, he could probably get $5000 for it. Just have to be patient though, and wait for the right buyer. But someone out there will be willing to pay up. For quick sale, probably $4000.
