Default Best way to care for leather

Hi all and I hope you all had a Marry Christmas.

I got a quick question regarding leather seat care. My 5 year old Caprice is showing ever so slight signs of leather wear and cracking on the outer wing of the drivers seat. The colour is wearing off too.

Whats the best way to get it back to my dark gray colour and keep on caring for them?

Its the first car I've owned with leather and I love it
