Leather conditioner - the really good ones

Sorry if this has been asked before or is in the wrong section.
anyway.
I want to give the black leather a going over in the VXII SS.
are there any good products out there that will really make a noticable difference?
I tried a creamy like conditioner but not only did it not really make much of a difference, it filled in all of the tiny little pin holes in each seat so it looked like it had white polka dots.
a little bit more shine and a little bit softer (or the cared for feel) is all im after.

I use Meguires leather products but a few people on here like the non commercial detailer stuff like poorboys but can be expensive to get...

I have always used the meguires stuff on my old VX & VZ and now on the VE

I just got some of that Meguires leather foam. I havent used it yet (picked it up yesterday) but will see if I can get around to it next weekend.

Meguires Gold Class Rich Leather Cleaner and Conditioner is what i used but didnt really seem to do anything.
