    Default VE Brake kit upgrade

As some of you may or may not know, RDA have released a new brake upgrade kit for VB-VT. They are now doing the VE spec upgrade as seen in this press release: Press Releases

I am doing this kit for a limited time at a special price. If there are any queries feel free to ask and I will PM the price.

why **** fart around with 322mm, just go 330mm and be done with it.
same caliper, hub adapters, beake hoses etc.
just a 330mm rotor which equals more contact area and improved braking, not by much btu still

NAAF, tell us a little about them. This interests me a bit. I'd like to know if you got the time -

Whats the size differences between the VT rotors Width, thickness?
Whats the caliper size compared to the VT's, does it take a wider and longer pad?
What is the fluid displacement compared to the VT calipers, is it more or less?
Specifically for VR's, Do the VE calipers bolt directly to the old mounting points like the VT's calipers, or do these have an approved adaptor plate with them in the kit. And do the VE rotors fit directly onto the hub with a similar spacer ring arrangment like the VT rotors did, or is this a special made to fit VE rotor. So when i wear the rotor out or warp it i could just get a set of VE rotors from the wreckers to replace them?
Whats the specs on the VE booster(mainly boost ratio) and master(mainly bore size) or is it the same as in the vt/z. If the VE booster is stronger it would be awsome to whack it in a VR?

Thanks, as i said if ya got time. As i spose all these questions will get asked now at some stage.

atill 28mm thick so not tha pricey to replace

a: im not sure but when i spoke to tony from ultra performance he said that the vt-vz caliper wouldnt wirk with the 330mm rotors

What is the fluid displacement compared to the VT calipers, is it more or less?

a:not sure i didnt ask that

a:they have an adaptor plate, not sure if its approved

a:not sure about tha one, youll have to ring and ask

a:you would have to ask, im going to be using a vt master/booster combo when i get the 330's

heres a link to showing how to fit a vt master/booster
VT booster and master cylinder into a VN

and heres the link to mr spares on ebay,

VT rotors are 296mm. Thickness is the same I think.

They take the same pad. Fluid displacement would be very similar. They have a spacer ring so the VE rotors fit onto the VR/VS hub.

Will these 322mm kits fit inside genuine HSV VP 17" Senator rims?
    VE or VB-VZ stud pattern?

VT master cylinder or slightly smaller VS master?

I have seen these listed on ebay, definitely interested, just got to get the car registered and sorted out first. Then the money will be spend on upgrades and mods.

I don't know if they will fit with the HSV VP Senator rims, but the kit does say that 17" rims are required for them. They have the VB-VZ stud pattern. The stock master cylinder will be fine as the pistons displace about the same volume of fliud as the single piston calipers - unlike the VT calipers which displace more making the pedal lower.
