B&M - Megashifter vs Quicksilver Q's

hey guys just a quick question,

with the b&m quicksilver it has the "ratchet" action for 1st, 2nd, 3rd then into drive. like this - YouTube - B&M Shifter Quicksilver
is the megashifter the same? or, is the megashifter like the standard holden one?

and is the mega shifter knob just bolted on? or screwed on? i.e. is it able to be removed and replaced by another one?

megashifter has the ratchet mode aswell, and im pretty sure the handle is screwed on.
just go tho the b&m website and open the instructions for the megashifter and that tells you everything
