Question About Frosted Window Tint.

I could be looking at getting some window tint for my VR. I am interested in the 1/2 frosted, 1/2 dark tint for all my windows (you know how it blends in to each other on each window).

Is this tint legal in WA? Does anyone have it on their commodore and could you tell me who did it and how much it was?

it is either that of Midnight Express all round depending on cost. How dark is Midnight Express? I know it is the darkest legal tint but how dark is it?

im 99% sure midnight express is 35%, which is not very dark
