momo steering wheels come with a horn in the centre. as majority of them are ADR approved meaning regency has no problem with them. i think thats right.

the horn will be ADR, however the actual wheel itself prob wont. My understanding is that the wheel needs to 'flex' if your head comes into contact with it. Check to see if it's ADR approved before installing it. If it is then it will come with documentation to state that its legal.

to my knowledge, momo and isotta are the ADR approved steering wheels as far as i know they come with a certificate with them once purchased, and have a little white sticker on the back of them saying ADR approved or something along those lines.

Mmmm Ive owned 2 VLs in 4 years. 1st VL was a lemon and the horn was ****ed, barely made a sound. My current VL has had the horn disconnected for a couple of years.... If I had one Id use it all the time... Just cant be bothered getting it hooked up.

I don't think I have ever used my horn... I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give it a toot every now and then :P
