    Default Oxy sensors price

Is holden the only place to get 4-wire O2 sensors? Or are there aftermarket alternatives. Holden want $90 each.

Thanks. I checked there but they seemed to be the same price if not more, and they are sold individually which isnt very convenient. I guess it's what i'll have to pay.

    $60 + postage for the 4-wire version?

You can buy more than one at a time and you'll probably save on postage.
I just ordered two O2 sensors from this ebay seller and he combined postage, so it was only $9 postage for both of them. $129 all up, including postage.

I have bought O2 sensors from him before, he is a reliable seller and posts quickly.

i looked at the ebay offerings, and didnt get straight answers from the guy selling the "original delphi" ones, ie subterfuge on the part numbers etc. The two holden dealers I rang quoted excessively ~$140 each.

Ended up just asking my mechanic to change them over. He supplied ngk ones for my vx at $69 each with the correct connectors. It looks like one really needs to get under the car to fit them, so was quite happy paying him a minimal amount to do that and he did a quick check/tune on the gas mixtures to get it was running as economically as possible.

I only replaced them because on a previous service they had listed in the fault codes as slow. There wasnt a dramatic difference in fuel use after, it has improved by ~0.2L/100km
