ok guy's ive got an unfinished project laying around and im intrested in what it's worth when it's complete
we bought as a project it's a supercharged vn 5 speed V6 stroked to 4.2litres with a larry perkin's kit' sc14 supercharger' mandrel bent exhaust' alot more work has been done dyno proven 501hp at the engine all the goodies has dba brakes lsd full SV5000 interior' bodykit' and wheel's calais electric's what do you guy's think it will be worth on the road with some nice paint all finished ?

Because 500hp out of that motor is really pushing the limits of believability.

Those blowers produce tiny amounts of boost, and are really just a cheap entry level blower - to get 500hp (372kW in real numbers) you'd need a very serious blower.

Even Raptors biggest and intercooled rig on a 3800 only pulls 250-275kW at the engine, and thats at 11psi - not 3.

That's why people are calling BS.

guy's a few year's ago 1000hp was the be all and end all of motoring .... nowaday's production car's have that sort of power i really think you need to wake up smell the coffe and have a look around ...... it's entirely possible ...... how do i know ? i experienced it first hand

How many production cars have 1000hp? I can think of 1, the Veyron.

To put it into perspective, V8 supercars push ~600hp. The average car on the road will have less than 200hp at the engine.
