ok i posted my car up for sale on another website its a vq statesman supercharged 8 20 inch wheels descent stereo fresh paint lowered you name it ive got it in there some how i mentioned id be interested in swapping for a later model v8 ute now i didnt put a price on mine and ive been offered swaps for a 1998 maloo looks to be in great nic very well looked after im just asking for opinions here do you think its worth it they are still selling for between 10000 and 20000 some feedback would be good thanks guys

Is it a series 3 VS ute. If it is i would say get a VT ute atleast with the Gen 3 5.7ltr engine. With some minor work (small cam, exhaust) you can get em going fairly quick. Thats just my opinon as they are a better ride and inside the cab they are nicer and more sound proof. But really its up to you what you like and if you wanted to do that you would probably find you would have to throw the swapee some cash his way too, but may be worth it i think

what price do you have on your stato at the moment?
i have seen vs maloo's still go for 16K or so (mind you itd have to be clean).

yeah its a series 3 in white its clean as i appreciate the comments guys are there any common faults with the vs maloo's im just trying to make sure im getting a good deal and i didnt put a price on mine i left it up to the people making offers they no what its worth it cost me alot to build but being on p's its drawing abit of unwanted attention lol
