painted interior with vinyl spray paint

hey guys

just a question to people who have painted there interior with the vinyl spray paint u get from autobarn & supercheap.

after a bit of time has it peeled?
or rubbed back to the oringal colour around door handles and stuff from being touched all the time?

i searched but not what i wanted.
also didnt know where do post this so sorry if its in the wrong section

i did my ae86 with it .... was awesome butt i did it with a matt vinyl... looks insane when armoraled , but soon as that wore off it was real dull. if i do it again ill use gloss

how many coats? 3-4?

i did mine with black and it has bubbled a little bit just on top of 2 of the interir door handles, only the very tops though and it was at the end of a very hot spell...and my cars always in the sun so that'd be why plus i dunno how well i cleand it up and i didnt use primer. the rest of it is going great though

yea its not too bad...i did 3 costs i think but i kinda rushed the handles. it takes no time at all to sand em back n respray em, just a bit of a hassle thats all, the look is definetly worth havin to respray 2 handles every 6months or so...i reckon you should do it and if u do a good job it'll last longer

why dont you just spend a bit of cash, and get yourself a calais, or statesman interior. Thats what i did for my VP, i replaced the seats and door card inserts, and radio surround with Calais parts, and now it look nice.
