rev limiter question

mayt sound stoopid but i wanna kno what my car revs out at. when driving throught the gears the needle will go up, reaches 5 grand and then jumps from 5000 to 6000. which is pretty much redlineing? does this mean it revs out at 5000 rpm?

For a cam like yours the limiter should be set at about 6100-6200, but it's anyones guess what it's on the tachos aren't usually very accurate
